Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Seller’s acceptance of Buyer’s Vacation Certificate is expressly made conditional upon Buyer’s acceptance of all terms and conditions contained herein, as well as all resort and supplier policies applicable to the vacation package.

This promotion is not a contest, lottery, or drawing.

By submitting payment information, Buyer authorizes the charge in the amount stated on the Vacation Certificate and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Seller of Travel Disclosure

This is an offer to sell travel.

OMG Vacations is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel.

Package Overview

The purchase price includes accommodations only, unless otherwise stated in the Vacation Certificate.

The following items are not included, unless expressly listed:

  • Airfare

  • Ground transportation

  • Resort fees

  • Taxes

  • Meals and beverages

  • Gratuities

  • Government fees

All additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

Refund Policy

Purchaser understands and agrees that:

Vacation packages are fully refundable within thirty (30) days from the purchase date or receipt of the Vacation Certificate, whichever occurs later.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Customer Service.

After the cancellation period expires, the package becomes non-refundable.

Reservation Requirements

Travel reservations must be requested at least sixty (60) days prior to intended arrival.

All reservations are subject to availability. Peak season and holiday surcharges may apply.

Booking confirmations are typically issued within 7–14 business days after receipt of the reservation request.

Length of Stay

United States destinations

Maximum of three (3) nights, unless otherwise stated.

Mexico destinations

Maximum of five (5) nights. Certain resorts may offer four (4) nights depending on location.

Europe and Asia destinations

Six (6) to seven (7) nights depending on promotion.

Additional nights may be purchased at published rates.

Vacation days may not be split between destinations.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for promotional accommodations:

Travelers must be between 25 and 75 years of age

Minimum combined household income of $50,000 USD

Married or cohabiting couples may be required to attend together

Valid government-issued photo identification required

A major credit card is required at check-in
(prepaid or debit cards are not accepted)

Providing false qualification information may result in forfeiture of promotional accommodations, and the traveler may be charged full retail resort rates.

Resort Presentation Requirement

Participation in a 90–120 minute resort presentation is required.

Presentation time and location will be provided at check-in.

Failure to attend the presentation may result in disqualification of the promotional package.

Changes, Cancellations & No-Show Policy

Vacation packages expire twelve (12) months from the purchase date.

Reservation changes may be requested; applicable fees may apply.

No-Show Fees

Economy accommodations: $75 per stay

Premium accommodations: $90 per stay

One- to three-bedroom units: $120 per night

Changes made within 21 days of arrival may result in forfeiture of reservation fees.

Changes made within 7 days or fewer prior to arrival may incur one night’s retail accommodation charge.

Liability Disclaimer

OMG Vacations acts solely as an agent for resorts, hotels, and travel suppliers.

OMG Vacations shall not be responsible for:

  • Acts of God

  • Weather conditions

  • Mechanical failures

  • Government restrictions

  • Delays or cancellations

  • Accidents or injuries

  • Illness or disease

  • Terrorism

  • Loss or damage to personal property

Unused portions of travel may be applied as future travel credit subject to supplier approval.

This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Right to Cancel

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR RECEIPT OF THE VACATION CERTIFICATE, WHICHEVER OCCURS LATER.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Final Agreement

By purchasing a vacation package from OMG Vacations, Buyer acknowledges that:

  • These Terms and Conditions have been read and understood

  • Buyer agrees without modification

  • Payment constitutes acceptance of all terms

  • These terms form part of the binding travel contract

No purchaser should rely upon representations not expressly included herein.
